Cool and clean accommodation with unbeatable location just off the City Centre and other historical spots. A wide range of food at the breakfast, including milk, slices of fresh bread and cereals. Nice stay, as always...

The twin room we stayed in was cosy with an extra bed for our kid. We loved the wake-up service available.- It was a nice location for us, right by the shopping centre, market, metro, bus.- The hotel staff was reasonably good and helpful; they all greeted us.

The service here is terrific, the rooms are clean and there's an extra bed for the children, plus they have central heating, electronic key cards, and work desk, with kind and great staff members who make check-in fast and smooth!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was great - it was close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city.- The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The facilities at the hotel were a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations. It would have been better if the hotel provided the key for the mini-bar and programmed the card for the safe box without guests having to ask for it.

Breakfast is regular (sliced), except for tasty local potato casserole, tomato sauce and baked goods. For 10 euros you can have lunch or dinner (salad + main course + drink). Rooms are clean, clean and appliances are in good order. Responsive and courteous staff, helping in difficult situations. Nearby San Francisco Metro Station (about 200 m), located on the line that does not go to the center to get there must be at least 2 transfers (first to the ring, then another radial). You can buy a 3-day unlimited pass for 18€. area itself is quiet and peaceful, in the neighboring house Lidl, has all the necessary food.

The hotel has not solved the issue of water for drinking. There are no coolers in the hallways, no kettles in the rooms. In the minibar there are 2 bottles of mineral water at 0.5l for 1.6 euros. It is necessary to buy and carry water for drinking all the time. Furniture and plumbing are old, it would be better to renew them, although all is in good order and still suitable for use.

room was very clean and had all the essential amenities. floor was parquet and very comfortable. noise insulation is normal, neither too quiet nor too noisy, so you could sleep perfectly without any problems. room thermostat was working (I can't say the same for all hotels), so you could adjust the temperature as you liked. Everything was very well decorated and corridors and rest of the hotel were also very well decorated.

We weren't asked if we minded staying in a room that was handicapped accessible, it was really annoying because the sliding door to the bathroom didn't insulate, sink was too low, shower was just the floor with a drain that in the end, no matter how carefully you put it, left the whole bathroom floor wet. I think we should have been asked, although I'm going to be staying a few days later, when I told the hotel staff, they wrote it down. I don't know if they will comply, that will be in the next comment.

I had a great stay at Eco Via Lusitana. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent, perfect for someone like me who likes to stay connected. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the free parking available in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and was reasonably priced. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

service staff is very attentive. Especially the barman Juan was very professional and attentive. He was the one we had the most contact with and was very nice to us and rest of the customers. room is very good, bed is comfortable. parking is good, first time you can get a little mess with access. be careful how to access well. if you do not want to use there is parking on the street without problems. breakfast included we cannot give an opinion since we do not hire it. To move in car. plaza de españa and center falls near.

For those who do not know the area, which was not our case, since we had lived nearby for over 10 years, in the camarena area, aluche. which is nearby. As for the hotel, the location has few resources. there are a couple of supermarkets next door. a couple of cafeterias and beer gardens in front. the San Francisco subway is 5 minutes away. a gas station is next door and little more. It is near the Isla Azul Shopping Center where there are movie theaters and many franchises in terms of shops and restaurants. The typical big mall. ATMs are not close. I think. Also in the area of aluche there are good parks and another shopping center Carrefour with shops and restoration. More restaurants in the Calle Guareña and for terraces in summer the park in the Calle Valmojado but on the opposite side over 20 bars with a very nice pedestrian area to be with children . As for the hotel, in some details of maintenance it is a little unattended. but nothing serious. it is more for the image.

bed was very comfortable, pillows were a little hard. We loved the bathroom. room was quiet because there's not much outside noise. closet is spacious, cleanliness of the room was excellent and reception girls were very nice in general. hotel is close to a metro stop although it takes an hour to get to Sol. There are two supermarkets next door (a Mercadona and a Lidl) and two or three bars that are very good.

air conditioning system is centralized so you cannot choose to put the air conditioning or heating in the room to your liking, you can only turn it off or on if you are cold or hot. pillows were hard, mattresses were comfortable. room is not too wide, not too small. There is not much privacy in the rooms overlooking a nursing home next to the hotel. At night, neighborhood is very lonely.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transportation and a short journey to the city center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, including an extra bed for my child. Lastly, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money.

Friendly staff with tolerant English. Comfortable bed. Next to the subway. Next to a good supermarket - Mercadonna. Next door is Liddle, but he's noticeably inferior to Mercadonna.

The hotel is old enough. I had to change the room, because the first one didn't have a safe. We moved to a similar room with a working safe and it was much more well-groomed than the original one. The staff knew that the safe was not working, but they did not warn us and did not put us in an empty room with an employee safe. Breakfast is unreasonably expensive - only went out once. The location is so different, on one side next to the subway, on the other side of the center to go at least two transfers and the airport is located on the opposite side of the city, the subway is more than an hour.

I had such a comfortable stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my two-night stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in earlier than usual. I also appreciated being able to leave my bags at the desk after checkout. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a short 10-minute walk away. And to top it off, there was an Aldi right behind the hotel, making it easy to grab any last-minute necessities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
