eco via lusitana could use some serious upgrades, as my room had mold and a used toothpick on the floor—just lovely. the breakfast was a hot mess, and if only they had offered me a complimentary breakfast voucher or something to ease the pain of that experience. i almost wanted to write a good review, but just couldn’t.

It's a clean hotel with a decent amount of amenities and functional facilities. The location is conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to jump into the city.
The air conditioning didn't work during my stay, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. The TV only had Spanish channels with no English options, which is limiting for non-Spanish speakers. Breakfast options were quite basic and the pastries were stale, making it feel overpriced for what was offered. The overall condition of the furniture was a bit shabby with visible stains, further detracting from the experience.

The rooms were very clean and featured two large twin beds that were super comfortable! The daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the bathroom had excellent facilities, especially the shower. The hotel is just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore Madrid.

I loved relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying the lovely garden area during downtime. Convenient location with clean rooms
I had a lovely stay with a perfect location just a 2-minute walk from the metro. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the sights of Madrid. They offered a modest breakfast that was decent enough, but a bit more variety would have been nice. One downside was the bathtub, which I found to be a bit cramped and awkward, especially since it lacked proper coverings, leaving the bathroom a bit wet after use.
